Home/Condo Move-Out Cleaning : $75 an hour (1.5 hour min) Move-out or Move-In cleans for homes are charged on an hourly basis with a 1.5 hour minimum charge. ($112.50) We will clean from the list on the right unless you prefer to supply us your own list. Approx. Time Guidelines : (times do vary from home to home) 1500 sq feet ( 2 bed/2 bath) 1.5 - 2 hours 2500 sq feet (3 bed/2 bath) 2 - 3 hours 3500 sq feet (4 bed/3 bath) 3- 4 hours
	Choose date and estimated time. (This is only your best estimate, we will charge for actual time spent cleaning.) Hours (1.5 hr min.) What Date?

	Choose # of beds & baths. Number of beds/baths will not affect your price.

	Square Footage help: small house = approx. 1,200; medium = approx. 2,500; large = approx. 3,500 Total sq. footage will not affect your price.
